Quotenio
How it works

From a customer's request to a quote you stand behind

Quotenio splits quoting into the parts a machine does well and the parts a person should decide. Here is what happens at each step.

Two products fit: a person chooses

Step by step

  1. Set up your company once

Add your company details, logo, tax rate and terms, and import your price list. You review every row before it goes live, and new prices only take effect when you confirm them.

  2. A request comes in

Paste the customer's email or upload what they sent: PDF, spreadsheet, scan or the email file itself. Quotenio stores the original so you can always go back to it.

  3. The requested items are pulled out

Each line gets its item, quantity and unit, together with the exact words it came from. Lines that can't be read clearly are marked instead of guessed.

  4. Each line is matched to your catalog

A product is proposed from your approved catalog, with the reason shown. When two products fit equally well, or none does, the line waits for a person.

  5. A draft quotation is built

Prices come from your price list, tax and totals are calculated, and a PDF is rendered in your design. Change anything and a new revision is saved.

  6. Someone in your company approves

The draft waits in the workspace until a person approves it. The approved quotation and its PDF are then frozen and kept.

  7. You send it

Download the approved PDF and send it to your customer the way you always do. Quotenio never contacts your customers on its own.

What makes it different

Built so you can trust the numbers

No invented prices

The AI reads and suggests. Every price, discount, tax and total comes from your data and is calculated by code.

Evidence, not guesses

Every match shows the words in the request it relied on, so checking a quote takes seconds instead of a re-read.

People decide

Approving and sending are deliberately left to your team. Unclear lines are handed to a person, not filled in.

A record you can rely on

Approved quotations are stored with their exact PDF. If a customer asks months later, you can show exactly what you sent.

Your data stays yours

Each company's data is kept separate, and you can export your catalog and quotations at any time.

Works in your chat

Use ChatGPT or Claude as the front door, with the same rules: same catalog, same approval, same history.
