Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-17

These terms govern the use of Quotenio (the "service") provided by Qutiba Nassli, Cobenzlgasse 28, 1190 Wien, Austria ("we"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your company.

1. Who can use Quotenio

The service is offered exclusively to businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of §1 KSchG), not to consumers. The person signing up confirms they may act for their company.

2. The service

Quotenio reads requests for quotation, matches them to your catalog and prepares draft quotations, on the website and through AI apps such as ChatGPT and Claude that you connect yourself. Drafts produced with AI assistance can contain mistakes: every quotation must be checked and approved by a person in your company before it is sent. You remain responsible for the prices, products and terms you send to your customers.

3. Accounts

Keep sign-in details confidential and tell us at once about misuse. You are responsible for activity under your company's accounts. Each user account belongs to one person.

4. Plans, prices and payment

The Free plan is free of charge within its limits. Paid plans (Solo, Team) are billed in advance monthly or yearly through our payment provider Stripe, at the prices shown on the website; as a small business (Kleinunternehmer, § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) we charge no VAT. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period; paid amounts are not refunded pro rata. If a payment fails, the paid plan stays active for a grace period of 7 days, after which the company falls back to the Free plan; users beyond its limit are suspended, not deleted. Custom (Business) agreements take precedence over these terms where they differ. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; you may cancel before the change applies.

5. Fair use and limits

The limits of each plan are described on the website (for example quotations per month, users, documents read by the assistant, up to 60 changes per minute per user, files up to 25 MB). Do not attempt to circumvent limits or security measures, overload the service, upload malware, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

6. Your data

Your company owns the data it enters or uploads (catalog, customers, RFQs, quotations). We process it only to provide the service, as your processor under Art. 28 GDPR; the data processing terms in our privacy policy form part of this agreement. You confirm you may share the personal data you upload. You can export your catalog and quotations at any time. After an account is closed we delete its data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example invoices).

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is announced where possible. We may develop the service further, provided its core functions remain available for the plan you pay for.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage and at most to the fees paid in the twelve months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for lost profit, indirect damage, or the content of quotations you approve and send.

9. Term and termination

The agreement runs for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate the Free plan at any time and a paid plan at the end of a billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious breaches of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. If you do not object before then, the changed terms apply; if you object, either party may terminate at the time the change takes effect.

11. Law and venue

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts competent for Cobenzlgasse 28, 1190 Wien, Austria have exclusive jurisdiction.
