What happens when I choose a paid plan?
You create your account first, which starts on Free. Right after, your workspace offers to continue to payment for the plan you picked. Payment is handled by Stripe. If you stop before paying, you simply stay on Free.
What is a "document read for you"?
A request our server's AI reads on your behalf: a scanned PDF or photo, an uploaded file, or a long document. Quoting through your own ChatGPT or Claude does not count toward it. If you reach the monthly allowance, new RFQs are still saved but not read automatically.
Do I need a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
No. The web workspace works on its own. If you want to quote from the chat, connect your own ChatGPT or Claude account; that subscription is separate from Quotenio.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time under Plan & billing in your workspace. A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then your company moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Quotenio is run by a small business (Kleinunternehmer, § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG), so no VAT is charged: the price shown is the price you pay.

Business. The Odoo connection is set up together with you, so get in touch and we'll look at your setup first.
